Events

Gyan Nilay is hosted every month wherein we invite one of exceptional coaches to present a topic. Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units will also be issued to participants who attend these sessions. All the previous held sessions will be posted on our Hyd Chapter's YouTube channel that can be accessed here.

Topics will be solicted from all our Hyd members along with list of coaches that they would like to see host these sessions. These sessions are open to members and guests, it is also not limited to just Hyderabad chapter, in the true spirit of knowledge sharing, these sessions are open to everyone.

The only requirement is to pre-register for these sessions, so that we can plan the session accordingly. A few of these sessions have activity assoicated, wherein we would get into break-out rooms, complete the activity wiht the small group and report back to the main group.

As Hyderbad chapter has a very virant coaching community and each of us is curious to get to know all the members, these sessions are designed to get to know each other. Every month two of the coaches will be presenting thier journey to coaching along with thier life story, followed by Q & A session.

In the past these sessions were quite enaging and emotional wherein a few of the coaches where courageous enough to openly express something honest about themselves. They shared choices and life circumstances that has brought them here, even when it put them in a vulnerable situation.

As such these sessions are meant to be private, meant to be shared between our own small community Hyderabad chapter members and will not be recorded or shared. So be sure you make it to the next Coach's Durbar to listen to the stories of your fellow coaches.

As we all in constant pursuit of learning and unlearning, we are planning to host a session wherein we all can gather for Masterclass. The format is yet to be decided but most likely we will have an expert or a pannel take up a topic and cover it in great depth and breadth. Planning to host one every quarter.

The idea is not to just share knowledge in these sessions but enrich it experiences and insights that the paricipants can make thier own. Discuss tough cases or situations that one is going through and collectively seek solutions. Illustrate complex or advanced concepts through use of role play to experience it first hand.

These will probably be paid events wherein there will be a lot more structure and content presented by experts in the field. Most likely the first few events in 2022 will be virtual due to the pandemic once again reaching high numbers in our city.
