Krishna Praveen (KP) is has been serving the board since 2022 initially as the Director - Member Experience and now as the President. KP has over 2 decades of experience in the IT industry spanning across Web development, Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, Delivery Excellence, Agile Transformation functions. He currently leads the Agile Transformation function at Virtusa working with their clients providing solutioning and thought leadership around the processes, culture and tools needed to implement agile thinking.
KP is a trained Ericksonian Coach and an aspiring PCC. His foray into coaching is based on his belief that "he builds his legacy by helping others build theirs". Always hungry for conversations, KP believes that a coaching conversation is a perfect development faculty that helps people realize their true potential.
KP also provides his vision and leadership on the Board of HYDSPIN (Hyderabad Software Process Improvement Network) - a not-for-profit organization that works towards "knowledge sharing" in the areas of Software Quality and Process Improvement. As the Executive Director he was instrumental in bringing the various SPIN chapters across India on a common platform of India SPIN in 2015 to further HYDSPIN's singular objective of Knowledge Sharing.
KP is also a Toastmasters enthusiast and was Charter President of Virtusa Hyderabad Toastmasters Club.
